When all other estate agents are asking their clients to lose money and reduce prices due to outdated marketing, relying solely on Rightmove and waiting for the phone to ring, overvaluing and underdelivering with very cheap fees!!!
Jonathan isn’t. He hasn’t asked any clients to reduce their prices; in fact, he has increased the prices of two properties in the last six weeks and sold them.

Jonathan sells your home, it’s that simple. Hugely proactive, innovative, flexible and diligent - we were frequently in contact evenings or weekends for example. The communication level and involvement makes for a seamless process, and you can tell each instruction is personal to him, - to get the result that’s wanted in the most effective and efficient way possible.
Beyond that, he’s been really helpful in other aspects of the sale too, such as clearing things out of the house.
