We're an independent estate agency based in the heart of Morpeth, serving sellers and buyers right across Northumberland — from the market towns of Alnwick and Hexham to the coast at Amble and the communities around Blyth and Ashington.
We started Our Agents because we were frustrated by an industry that too often does the bare minimum: a few photos, a portal listing, and a hopeful wait. We knew that with proper marketing, real strategy and a genuinely personal service, homes could sell faster and for more.
Today, our properties spend an average of just 14 days on the market and routinely attract competing offers at open house events. But the numbers only tell half the story — what we're proudest of is the experience along the way.
