What's your home worth?
Three ways to find out — free.
Instant Valuation
An instant online estimate in under 60 seconds, based on recent sales data for your postcode. A quick ballpark to get you started — no waiting, no obligation.
We visit your home in person, assess every room and give you an accurate, honest market value — plus your complete launch strategy: Beat the Portals, open house plan, photography and marketing. Free, no obligation.
Our Valuation Plus service turns your property details and photos into a personal valuation report — with a realistic price range and an honest picture of current buyer demand for homes like yours.
Before you even put your home on the market, see whether one of our Hot Buyers is already looking for a property like yours. We advertise buyers who are ready to proceed with a purchase today, and what they are looking for. You do not need to be on the market to get started.
Every Hot Buyer is approved by Our Agents
Each one is qualified by our mortgage adviser, or has shown proof of funds as a cash buyer

This is not a stripped-back service. It is our full marketing and selling strategy — professional photography for sales campaigns, three high-impact videos, a structured open house and personal support from start to finish — at a fixed fee designed to help more Northumberland property owners sell the right way.
Our registered buyers hear about new homes before they go live on Rightmove or any other portal. We call it Beat the Portals, and around 90% of our properties sell at the open house, so the sooner you register, the sooner you hear about them. There are two ways to register: early-access property alerts, or become a Hot Buyer and let homeowners find you.

Tell us where you want to live, your budget and the type of home you need, and we will match you to new homes the moment they launch.

Mortgage advice and a conveyancing quote too, if you would like them
Can't find the right property? We advertise what you are looking for to homeowners across Northumberland, including people who have not put their home on the market yet.
Your requirements are shown as your title and surname initial only. Your contact details are never published.
Once you are approved by Our Agents, qualified by our mortgage adviser or have shown proof of funds as a cash buyer, and have a solicitor ready to act, sellers can see you are ready to proceed today.
To use Hot Buyers you arrange any mortgage through our mortgage adviser and instruct our conveyancers, with nothing to sell or your own sale already under offer.
The form takes about three minutes and creates your free Our Agents dashboard for your registration, matches and updates.
From first valuation to final completion, we handle every step of your property journey.
How we sell
Professional photography, video and data-led marketing. Our bespoke launch system delivers measurable results. From professional photography and video to an open house launch, every property gets the complete selling package from £1,299 with no VAT to add, with no hidden extras.
An in-person valuation with a bespoke marketing strategy from Day 1 — honest, accurate and free. We visit in person, walk through your home and agree a marketing plan before you commit. Free, with no obligation and no algorithm guesswork.
Our early-access launch creates buyer competition before Rightmove — driving urgency and premium offers. Registered buyers hear about new properties first and view at an open house before the listing reaches the portals.
Register for alerts, use our finding service and get expert negotiation support to secure the right property. Tell us your budget, area and must-haves and we will alert you to matching properties, including some before they reach the portals.
Trusted legal partners who move at our speed. Targeting completion in as little as 4 weeks from accepted offer. We introduce trusted legal partners and keep your sale moving from the day an offer is accepted.
Expert advice across a wide lender panel. From agreement in principle through to offer, we guide every step. Speak to an adviser about your options, from your first agreement in principle through to a mortgage offer.
Need a fast, certain, legally-binding sale? Our auction service creates real competition for the best price. Buyers compete openly on the day, and the sale is legally binding once the hammer falls.
Cleaning, decorating, gardening and more. We coordinate everything your property needs to reach its potential. We arrange trusted tradespeople so your property looks its best before the first viewing.
"Unlike anything I'd experienced with other estate agents — the professional photography, videos and personal service were outstanding. The final result exceeded our expectations."
James & Sarah T.Morpeth · Google review
"Jonathan sells your home, it's that simple. Hugely proactive, innovative and diligent. The communication makes for a seamless process — every instruction feels personal."
David & Claire W.Morpeth · Google review
"Johnny was incredibly helpful throughout — great at creating the advert, showing people round, advising on offers and liaising with solicitors throughout the whole process."
Karen & John S.Longframlington · Google review
"We had 53 viewings and 10 offers at our open house. Jonathan managed the whole process brilliantly — we sold for significantly more than we'd hoped."
M. & D. HendersonEllington · Google review
"We'd had our house on the market with another agent for 6 months with only two viewings. Jonathan sold it in two weeks with 14 viewings and a final price above asking."
N. & G. WhitfieldAshington · Google review
"The cottage sold for well over asking price at the open house. Jonathan's approach is completely different to any agent we'd used before — genuinely impressive."
Catherine R.Rothbury · Google review
"From first viewing to getting the keys, everything was handled professionally and personally. We registered as buyers and were alerted to a property before it reached Rightmove."
P. & L. ArmstrongMorpeth · Google review
"Viewings were well organised with refreshments on offer. Our purchase completed in around seven weeks with no chain. I would recommend Jonathan to anyone in Northumberland."
Robert T.Alnwick · Google review
"Bought our home through Our Agents after registering as buyers. The early-access alert meant we were there at the open house ahead of the portals — we wouldn't have got it otherwise."
Average 14 days to sale agreed — versus 77 days nationally. Featured Rightmove listings receive up to 85% more views than standard listings — Rightmove data 2025.
From first enquiry to keys handed over, you are personally supported throughout. Our existing clients are happy to speak with you directly before you decide to instruct us.
Targeted Google campaigns, sponsored social media, AI-driven buyer audiences and early-access launches. We don't wait for Rightmove — we generate competition before you go live.
Most offers accepted within 14 days of instruction. We then actively manage progression with recommended solicitors — targeting completion in as little as 4 weeks.
Hexham is small, but where you buy in it matters. The town centre, the hills, the riverside near the station and the nearby villages each suit a different buyer.
Most Hexham sellers only think about a solicitor once an offer is agreed. Getting your conveyancing quote first is one of the simplest ways to keep a sale on track.
Online estimates rarely get Morpeth right. Here is what really moves the value of a Morpeth home, street by street, and how to get a figure you can rely on.
