We had a brilliant year with great open houses and plenty of property sales.

When other Estate Agents are asking clients to reduce their sale price, Our Agents average sale price in the last quarter was 102.32%, and our online viewing average per property was 1845, which is purely down to how we market properties, and we didn’t reduce any properties at all.

Many of our properties were sold off-market through our network of Estate Agents who have come from a corporate-style agency background and have brought with them a vast amount of industry knowledge and a strong desire to change how agents work for vendors and buyers.

One hurdle we had to overcome was the mortgage rate rising, but several lenders have lowered rates this month, which is excellent news!

Not only have lenders already begun reducing rates but fixed rates are also predicted to continue to fall to below 4% by the start of next year.

With news like this being announced, demand for properties will increase again, with even more buyers likely to start their search for a new property between Christmas & the New Year, with the plan to secure a home in early 2023 when the new rates are available.
