Moving day for one of our sellers, so our local agent Jonathan popped along. 

It was great to sell such a lovely home in Longframlington, Morpeth, which was very popular with buyers looking for a new home.

We are delighted to report that the property listed was successfully sold in a record-breaking week! An open house event was held, and buyers were in attendance for two hours. An offer was accepted from a buyer on the day who travelled all the way from Buckinghamshire to Northumberland, and the offer was even higher than the asking price.

The client is now moving in just nine weeks from when we put the house up for sale.
