Home/Selling/Hot Buyers: Find a Buyer
Hot Buyers · For property owners

Your property could already have a buyer waiting.

What if you could find an interested buyer before putting your property on the market?

At Our Agents, we are turning the traditional property market around. Instead of waiting for property owners to advertise and hoping the right buyers find them, we advertise approved buyers and what they are looking for.

If you are thinking about selling in Northumberland, you can see whether someone is already searching for a property like yours. You do not need to be on the market to get started.

Property match

Is someone already looking for a property like yours?

Tell us a little about your property and discover whether any of our approved Hot Buyers could be a potential match. No name, email or phone number needed to check.

Not sure what your property is worth? A rough figure is fine, or book a free valuation.

Why property owners use Hot Buyers

See the demand before you decide.

1

Discover buyers already looking

Browse approved buyers searching across Northumberland, with the places they want to live, their budget and what they need from a home.

2

Explore selling privately

Find out whether a suitable buyer might be interested before you commit to a public launch.

3

No obligation to sell

Explore buyer interest without committing to anything. Looking, checking for a match and enquiring are all free.

4

Buyers we have checked

Before a buyer is shown we review how they are buying: qualified through our mortgage adviser or with proof of funds, our conveyancers instructed, and nothing to sell or a sale already under offer.

5

More relevant enquiries

Possible matches are based on what each buyer has asked for, so conversations start with buyers who may genuinely suit your property.

6

Professional estate agency support

Our Agents manages every introduction, and can value your property, negotiate offers and see the sale through.

7

Make an informed decision

See the demand for your property first, then choose between a private introduction and a wider marketing campaign.

How it works for sellers

Three steps, no commitment.

Step 1

Find a potential buyer

Browse the approved Hot Buyers, or use the property match above to see who could suit your home.

Step 2

Tell us about your property

Tick the buyers who interest you, or send us your property's basic details. We only need your contact details at this point.

Step 3

Explore your options

Our Agents reviews the possible match, talks through your property and helps you decide what happens next.

Honest advice comes first

A private sale suits some owners, but it is not automatically the best route. Advertising a property widely can reach more buyers and bring competing offers. We will always tell you which approach is likely to get you the better result, starting with a free Selling Advice Meeting and valuation.

A buyer match does not guarantee an offer, a sale price or a completed sale.

Find out who is looking for your home.

Hot Buyers is one service with two sides: buyers tell us what they want, and owners discover whether their property could be the match.

Questions from property owners

Does my property need to be on the market?

No. You can look at the Hot Buyers, or check whether your property could match one, without advertising it anywhere. If a buyer could be right, Our Agents makes the introduction.

Does a match mean the buyer will make an offer?

No. A possible match means a buyer's advertised requirements appear to fit your property. It is not confirmed interest in your home, and it does not guarantee an offer, a price or a completed sale. Our Agents checks the fit with you and the buyer before any introduction.

How are Hot Buyers checked?

Before a buyer is shown, Our Agents reviews what they are looking for and how they are buying. A buyer who needs a mortgage is qualified through our mortgage adviser, a cash buyer shows proof of funds, and every buyer instructs our conveyancers. Buyers also have nothing to sell, or their own sale is already under offer.

Is a private sale always the best way to sell?

Not always. Advertising a property widely can reach more buyers and bring competing offers. We start with a Selling Advice Meeting and valuation, and tell you honestly whether a private introduction or a full marketing launch is likely to get you the better result.

Do I have to give my contact details to check for a match?

No. The property check only asks for the town, the type of property, the number of bedrooms and a rough value. We only ask for your name and contact details if you choose to enquire about a buyer or ask to be kept updated.
