To be shown to property owners you arrange any mortgage through our mortgage adviser (or show proof of funds if you are buying with cash) and instruct our conveyancers. You also need nothing to sell, or your own sale already under offer. This is what tells an owner you are qualified and ready to buy now.

Our Agents may receive a fee from the mortgage adviser or the conveyancer if you go ahead with them. This never costs you more, and you are told before you agree.
