We meet at your property for a free, no-obligation Selling Advice Meeting. We walk every room, assess presentation opportunities and gives you an honest, researched market valuation — not an inflated figure designed to win your business, but the number most likely to achieve the best result.

Step 2 — Days 1–3

Preparation

Great photography starts with great preparation. We advise on styling, decluttering and any quick improvements that will make a meaningful difference to how your property photographs and presents. We also handle all the compliance paperwork — anti-money laundering checks, EPC arrangement and property information forms.

Step 3 — Days 3–5

Professional Photography

Our professional photographer captures your home at its absolute best — wide-angle interiors, carefully composed exteriors, lifestyle shots and twilight photography where appropriate. A full floor plan is also produced. These are not compromise images — they are the marketing standard your home deserves.

Step 4 — Days 4–6

Video Creation

Three professional videos are produced for every Our Agents property: a full property walkthrough video, a location video showcasing the neighbourhood and surrounding area, and a lifestyle video capturing the feeling of living there. These are distributed on YouTube, social media and via the Rightmove listing — creating reach no static listing can achieve.

Step 5 — Day 7

Beat the Portals Launch

Before going live on Rightmove, we introduce your property to our database of pre-registered, pre-qualified buyers. These are people already searching in your area, at your price point, for your type of home. Some properties sell here — before the public sees them. Every property benefits from this early momentum.

Paid social media campaigns also go live at this stage — reaching buyers on Facebook, Instagram and YouTube before the Rightmove listing goes public.

Step 6 — Day 8

Rightmove Launch

Your property goes live as a Featured Property on Rightmove — the highest-visibility placement available. Featured properties receive significantly more views, more saves and more enquiries than standard listings. Your property leads the page in its area and price bracket.

At this stage we also open viewing bookings for the Open House — every viewing pre-qualified before confirmation.

Open House

This is the day. Pre-qualified buyers arrive knowing others are attending. They experience your home in person. They feel the energy. They make decisions.
