Great photography starts with great preparation. We advise on styling, decluttering and any quick improvements that will make a meaningful difference to how your property photographs and presents. We also handle all the compliance paperwork — anti-money laundering checks, EPC arrangement and property information forms.
Our professional photographer captures your home at its absolute best — wide-angle interiors, carefully composed exteriors, lifestyle shots and twilight photography where appropriate. A full floor plan is also produced. These are not compromise images — they are the marketing standard your home deserves.
Three professional videos are produced for every Our Agents property: a full property walkthrough video, a location video showcasing the neighbourhood and surrounding area, and a lifestyle video capturing the feeling of living there. These are distributed on YouTube, social media and via the Rightmove listing — creating reach no static listing can achieve.
Before going live on Rightmove, we introduce your property to our database of pre-registered, pre-qualified buyers. At this stage we also open viewing bookings for the Open House — every viewing pre-qualified before confirmation.
